Can flights be scheduled at any time?

Aircraft are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis, 24-hours a day. If aircraft are available, we can usually be airborne in as little as 90 minutes. When our aircraft are not available, our schedulers will endeavor to find you just the right aircraft for your flight mission from one of the other participants in our network of operators.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Generally, we try not to charge a cancellation fee. We understand that agendas can unexpectedly change and we try to be as accommodating as possible. If actual out of pocket costs have been incurred in scheduling your flight, only those actual costs will be billed.

Will I have to go thru a security check?

All passenger names are required to be checked against the TSA’s No Fly List. This is usually done prior to your arrival at the airport. Only a quick check of your government issued photo I.D. by the crew is required prior to boarding.

How early before my flight departs do I need to arrive?

Your schedule is our schedule. When you arrive, we’ll stow your luggage, get you situated, and usually be ready to depart in only 5 to 10 minutes after your arrival. We know how busy you are and make every effort to ensure a hassle-free trip.

What kind of amenities are the aircraft equipped with?

Most aircraft have a fully stocked bar with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as a variety of snacks and mixers. Club seating with tables, workspace, air-to-ground flight phones, and lavatories enhance your comfort, enjoyment and productivity. We can also arrange for your flight to have catered meals, from light horsdoeuvres to exquisite full course meals. If in-flight movies would enhance your onboard pleasure, please ask our schedulers for a variety of movie titles.
